The Boarding House —
Designed by local studio Homestedt, our shaker-inspired rooms are a different kind of Catskills hotel. Experience the beauty in functional simplicity at the Boarding House and throughout Seminary Hill.
The Boarding House
The Boarding House at Seminary Hill features eight private apartment units designed and renovated by local studio Homestedt. The design follows the elegant simplicity of the Shakers, focusing on natural materials, functional design, and the luxury that comes from well-made things.
The Old Ross House
Right across the street from the Boarding House, the Old Ross House offers the same Shaker-inspired palette of contemplative blue, green, and gray. Wood floors, old Persian rugs, a library for browsing, and linen bedding continue the aesthetic of the Boarding House.
