A standout among Catskills restaurants, the Tasting Room at Seminary Hill is an expansive 4,000-square-foot space clad with larch wood reclaimed from the underwater pilings of the original Tappan Zee Bridge. A cathedral-style ceiling frames floor-to-ceiling windows, and a wrap-around patio and balcony offer a perfect vantage point for the spectacular views of the orchard below and Delaware River Valley in the distance.

The Tasting Room at Seminary Hill offers a full menu by Chef Jack Tippett. Offering lighter fare in the spring and summer and heavier fare in the fall and winter, the Tasting Room's menu changes with the seasons – based on what's available at area farms. We use our outdoor wood-burning grill year-round. Snacks, appetizers, entrees, and desserts are always available – everything brings out Seminary Hill cider's complex aromas.
